Salsa Chicken

This is the easiest recipe of all time.
And it's dang good.
Salsa Chicken

2-3 chicken breasts
Jar of your favorite salsa
Corn tortillas
Taco toppings: cheese, sour cream, avocado, etc. etc.

Place chicken breasts in bottom of your crockpot. (You can even put them in frozen! Just adjust the cooking time a little longer).
Pour salsa over the top of the chicken.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Cook corn tortillas in a skillet over medium heat, turning every 20-30 seconds, or when golden brown and soft.
Shred chicken when finished cooking.
Make your delicious tacos and enjoy an easy night!
