Rice Pilaf

My mom made this rice alot for us growing up.
It's a good one.
The rice is flavorful, tender, crunchy, and makes a fast and easy side dish.
It's the reason I buy celery.

Rice Pilaf

2 T. butter
1 cup uncooked rice
3 cups chicken bouillion
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped almonds
2 T. dried parsley

Combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer covered until rice absorbs the liquid. Fluff with a fork.
