I don't remember the day, but sometime in the summer of probably 1987, my mom, after finally figuring out what had been bothering her for HER whole life, looked at me and said "You know, you might do better without wheat, too" (We didn't know about celiac and gluten yet). There was no blood test back then, we just knew, without a doubt, that any slip-up on the diet had immediate physical consequences (we were lucky, in retrospect, since many people don't have that kind of feedback, though the damage is being done). 23 years and counting!

Have you found this bread recipe yet? After all these years, this one is fantastic. I have no affiliation with these bloggers, I just love the bread :)
http://glutenfree.wordpress.com/2008/03/03/gf-millet-quinoa-bread/Meredithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03662315727369244189noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-444543846048522160.post-31534195009041703352010-08-24T16:54:07.872-07:002010-08-24T16:54:07.872-07:00Erin, I sure hope that you're able to market y...Erin, I sure hope that you're able to market your food blog somehow...this really could help so many people!
